These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player" or "Account Holder") and pakr92 (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our") in respect of your use of the website available at pakr92.cam and all associated services, features, content and functionality offered thereon (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in whole or in part, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account if one has already been opened.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register and maintain an Account on pakr92, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be a natural person aged 18 years or older, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where accessing online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion register applicable to the Platform's license jurisdiction.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party or opening an Account for any person other than yourself.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful registration information and promptly update that information if it changes.
• You must not have had a previous Account closed or suspended by pakr92 for breach of these Terms.

The Platform does not represent that accessing or using the Services is lawful in your jurisdiction. Pakistani users are specifically advised that online gambling may be restricted under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and related legislation. Each natural person is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

As part of KYC compliance obligations, the Platform may request the following documentation at any time, including at the point of withdrawal:

• Government-issued photographic identification (e.g., Pakistani CNIC, Passport)
• Proof of current residential address (dated within the last 90 days)
• Evidence of the payment method(s) used for deposits (e.g., bank statement, account screenshot)
• Source of funds documentation where required by risk assessment procedures
• Selfie or live verification photograph where requested by the compliance team

Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal access. The Platform is not liable for any delay or loss arising from a User's failure to provide adequate documentation.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Platform grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access and use the Services for your personal entertainment purposes only.

You agree that you will not:

• Use the Platform for any commercial purpose or for the benefit of any third party without express written consent from the Platform.
• Access or attempt to access any part of the Platform using automated means, bots, scripts, scrapers or similar technologies.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any software forming part of the Platform.

• Misrepresent your identity or provide false information at any time in connection with your Account.

All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, software, design elements and content, remain the exclusive property of the Platform or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms conveys any ownership rights in such intellectual property to you.

All deposits and withdrawals on the Platform are processed in accordance with the payment methods available at the time of the transaction, subject to applicable minimum and maximum limits as published in the cashier section of the Platform.

The Platform accepts deposits via selected international payment methods. References on this Platform to Pakistani payment methods such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are provided for contextual familiarity only and do not constitute a representation that those providers support, endorse or facilitate gambling transactions on this Platform. • Minimum Deposit: As displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit. Illustrative reference: PKR 1,000 minimum is common on comparable platforms.

All bonuses, free bets, free spins and promotional offers are subject to individual promotional terms in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and individual promotional terms, the individual promotional terms shall prevail in respect of the specific promotion.

The following general conditions apply to all bonus offers:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, IP address, device, payment method and individual unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• Where a Maximum Bet During Bonus applies, placing a bet exceeding that limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Bonus Funds expire on the date stated in the individual promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
• The Platform reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to protecting any rights already accrued by a User.
• Bonuses are intended for entertainment purposes only and do not constitute a form of investment or guaranteed return.
• Abuse of promotional offers, including the use of automated strategies or coordinated play, constitutes prohibited conduct and may result in account closure.

All PKR figures referenced in promotions are illustrative unless specifically confirmed as live offer values by the Platform. Users are advised to read the applicable promotional terms in full before claiming any offer.

The following rules apply to all sports betting activities on the Platform, including but not limited to cricket (PSL T20, ICC tournaments, bilateral series), football, UFC and other markets offered from time to time.

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are accepted at the discretion of the Platform. A bet is only confirmed when you receive an explicit confirmation message and a bet reference number.
• Odds: Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the binding odds for that bet.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet, per market and per event as published in the sportsbook interface. The Platform reserves the right to adjust individual account stake limits without prior notice.
• Void Bets: Bets may be voided in the event of an event cancellation, abandonment, postponement beyond the settlement timeframe, or a manifest error in the odds. Voided bets are refunded at the original stake.
• Manifest Errors: Where an obvious error in odds (e.g., decimal odds of 100.00 for a heavy favourite) has been published and accepted, the Platform reserves the right to void and refund those bets regardless of settlement.
• Live Betting: In-play bets are subject to market suspension during natural breaks in play. Bets placed during a suspension will be voided unless explicitly accepted by the system.
• Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, the Platform's records shall constitute the authoritative record of the transaction. Disputes must be raised within 30 days of settlement.

All casino, live dealer, slot and instant game activities on the Platform are subject to the individual game rules published within each game interface, in addition to these general Terms.

• RNG Certification: Slot and virtual table games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RTP percentages where disclosed are theoretical long-term averages and are not guaranteed on any individual session.
• Live Dealer: Live dealer games are subject to the rules of the specific game variant in play. Disconnections during a live game round do not entitle a User to a refund unless the game result is inconclusive at the time of disconnection.

Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly and, once confirmed, prevent account access for the specified period. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the elected period under any circumstances.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Collusion with other Users or third parties to manipulate bet outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Use of arbitrage strategies, matched betting techniques or coordinated accounts to guarantee profit at the expense of the Platform.
• Money laundering or using the Platform to process proceeds of crime.
• Use of automated software, bots, AI-assisted trading tools or any software designed to provide an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Registration of multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Use of fraudulent payment methods or chargebacks without legitimate basis.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Any attempt to compromise the security of the Platform or another User's account.

Where prohibited conduct is identified, the Platform reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the relevant Account(s), void all pending and settled bets associated with the prohibited activity, and withhold any balance pending investigation. Suspected criminal conduct will be reported to the relevant authorities.

The Platform reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or prohibited conduct.
• A regulatory or legal requirement to do so.
• Risk management decisions taken by the Platform at its sole discretion.

Users may request account closure at any time by contacting Support. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining after deduction of Bonus Funds and satisfaction of any outstanding wagering requirements will be returned to the User via the original payment method, subject to KYC clearance and applicable processing times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or other intangible losses.

The Platform does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose all funds deposited. The Platform does not guarantee any outcome, return or profit from use of the Services. Past results in any game or betting market do not predict or guarantee future results.

The Platform's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms and the Services, regardless of the cause of action, shall not exceed the total deposits made by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform holds its operating license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights under the laws of your own jurisdiction, including any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable to you as a Pakistani resident.

The Platform reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, Users will be notified via the registered email address and/or a prominent notice within the Platform interface at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, unless immediate implementation is required for legal or security reasons.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date.

The version number and effective date displayed in the page header indicate the currently operative version of these Terms. Previous versions are available on request.
